Online Toolkit
The online toolkit was initially developed in the framework of the project STRENGTHENING INVOLVEMENT of OBES. It is addressed to workers representatives and it presents in an interactive way useful items related to information and consultation.
The results of the current project New Challenges are incorporated in the existing toolkit, updating it and making it a point of reference for information and consultation.
The toolkit includes:
- a glossary on information and consultation
- case studies in different cases of restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, collective redundancies and new challenges faced by the employees
- tips and recommendations
- video interviews
- self-assessment tool for employees' representatives (with updated questions related to new challenges)
